FOUNDER OF SEE SPOT RUN ON 21
Sue Bauer’s dream career was to operate an animal care facility that stood above the rest. With her business management experience, along with her animal care and training experience, she’s managed to achieve that goal at See Spot Run on 21.
She’s a lifelong resident of the Fox Valley and has been involved in training canines as companions since she was 15-years-old. Sue is not only the founder of See Spot Run on 21, but also a Certified Pet Care Technician.
Her dream was realized when she founded See Spot Run on 21, but she’s also been literally living the dream; Sue resides on the property so dogs boarding at See Spot Run on 21 have 24-hour care.

Conveniently located just outside Oshkosh for Fox Valley residents, See Spot Run on 21 is easy to find; visitors are greeted with giant dog bones at the entrance. It’s a dog dreamland.

Owner
Sue was born and raised in Oshkosh with her three siblings, and now has three children of her own. She graduated from Oshkosh North, and a few years later, got a degree in Criminal Justice from UW-Oshkosh. Sue now resides on-property behind See Spot Run with her 2 dogs; Brick and Mia.
After deciding the field of criminal justice wasn’t for her, Sue explored other career options. She had always dreamed of owning her own business, and considering her life-long love of canines, See Spot Run on 21 was born!
In her free time, Sue loves doing anything that entails being outside. Golfing, fishing, and hunting are among her favorite activities. Being a morning person, she usually starts her day at the gym (when she’s not stuck with early-morning snow blowing in the winter, of course!).
Sue is most proud of her hardworking staff. She knows how lucky she is to have such a passionate, reliable team, and knows See Spot Run wouldn’t be what it is today without them.
